Sold me a van and they put the cheapest tires money can buy on it . Put new brake pads on worn rotors . Had a busted shock and the air quit working all one day after I bought the van . Then refused to stand by their word and product .
Good on recalls my payment was too high on my car
The sales department is better than most. A bit agitated with not receiving anything for referring multiple people resulting in multiple purchases. Was promised referral checks but not the case. Though I did see that some people had gotten theirs. I had no choice but to buy a vehicle because of my situation. So those could have come in handy. Here I am months later with never have received anything. This is after following up with the salesman weeks ago.
I buy all my vehicles from Larry Burch! He listens to what you are asking/looking for and very resourceful!
Ron Zipprich was very patient and accommodating to both my wife’s and my needs. He took the time to show us everything we wanted to see on several occasions while we decided what we were really looking for. We ended up deciding on a new Ram 1500 and he helped us get the most out of our trade and navigate the finance process.
