I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. Despite having a pre-booked appointment, I was made to wait twice, which completely defeats the purpose of booking ahead. During my waxing service, the staff member seemed rushed to attend other customers. Because of this, the service felt careless and hurried. I was left feeling rushed and not satisfied at all.
