Suzanne does a wonderful job but her assistant did something to my dog that made his hair fall out.

I am one of the owners and this is the first I've heard about you being unhappy with your last service. From the photos you've posted, it appears your dog may have had an allergic reaction to the hair dye. How long ago was your last groom? May I contact you by phone to discuss the situation? Thank you. They love our animals as much as we do. Customer service is excellent and Love the Mobile Grooming Van. A must go to place for your pets.

I can't thank these guys enough. I had to get my older kitty shaved because all this funky weather we have been having left him in dreadlocks. Dry skin, weird shedding is not a good combo. They bathed and shaved him with 0 issues. They were so good with him! Lala is pouncing around so happy now. (And looks so cute in his lion cut :) )
