1st Bad Experience - brought my dog for his first grooming. I picked him up and the groomer and manager told me that he would not stay still that’s why his cut was not good. Blamed me for not preparing him by desensitizing him to loud noise. We gave the dog several baths before and he is used to the blow dryer. Brought him to other groomers and there were no issues with him. This place just makes you feel like a irresponsible dig owner. Great staff and reasonably priced
We have a husky / golden retriever mix and hes about 100lbs. First visit and what a difference! They got everything out of him. He also isnt acting like he was beat like he did when we took him to Petco! We will be back, you get what you pay for and worth every penny!
quick, on time. My shy, scared of the world Shih Tzu is calm after his grooming which to me means they are kind and gentle with him.
This review is not for the grooming tech but for the business owner. $75 for a 7 pound dog shave? Really? And you couldn’t give a discount even when I told you I rescued him yesterday and donated his vet bill and want groom him so I can adopt him out? You don’t give discount to rescues you haven’t heard of? How about educate yourself more on local rescue organizations? I can think of many other places that deserve my business and money. Never again at this place, thank you very much !
They treated Draco with the utmost professionalism and he was so happy. Great job.
Groomer dragged my dog to the back. I had to run after her and tell her to tell the dog to heel. Not rocket science
Skilled groomers who absolutely love your pet as much as you do! Also, a great selection of quality merchandise. Can’t recommend them enough!
