Not a very professional place more like scared of dogs why are you in a dog grooming business
Our Yorkie puppy was so difficult the first time he was groomed, we were told they wouldn’t accept him again unless he was sedated. I met Feathererpet Owner, Karen Hubbard and told her that. Her response: you need a new groomer. Brought Giunness to them yesterday and he was extremely difficult. The groomer knows Terriers and handled him like a pro! I have had two Miniature Schnauzers - started grooming the first one, Princess with Delores when her shop was in Southampton, many years ago. Karen, her daughter has done a wonderful job of taking over this successful Benicia business! My second Mini, Gracie-Leigh continues to enjoy the wonderful, skillful and caring staff. The best grooming shop in town! My dogs have always received the best care while they are here! The owners are amazing people and truly care about their customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
