This doctor was the most disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful physician I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I went in, desperately needing help for (at the time) undiagnosed PTSD. He cut me off when I tried to explain what was wrong, refused to believe I was suffering from anything other than generalized anxiety, and treated me as such. Since that experience I have seen several other psychiatrists who all agree that generalized anxiety is not the problem. This man is lazy and careless.
Dr. Fealk is the the worst Dr. For this field, he charges you over 200 dollars for maybe 8 mins and makes you feel bad for feeling bad or good.. he's very controlling and won't listen to you about meds. Please do the medical industry a favor and retire, it's not 1970 anymore.
The appointment I had with Dr. Fealk was without a doubt the most DISTURBING, disappointing, troubling, and upsetting appointments I've ever had with a so called 'professional'. From the moment I walked in the door of his office, he was rude, non engaging and made absolutely no attempt at rapport, which is especially disturbing for a first time patient. My father happens to be a psychologist, so I do know something about what is appropriate in working in the mental health field. I felt interr
He was more interested in collecting payment and writing a prescription than having a conversation with the patient. He literally didn't want to spend any more time than absolutely necessary to take the patient's temperature and weight. He was dismissive condescending when asked questions. Then when the patient went to pick up the prescription...he had written it for chewable's. Which was not requested, completely unnecessary, and not even available at pharmacy .
Don't see this quack! He is not there for you! His only care is about making money off you showing up for your appointment! He is a bad listener who constantly interrupts you to get you to stop talking. All this doctor wants is to write you a prescription and boot you out the door! There's a two day canc policy requiring full payment for missed appts. There is no recorder to leave a message so if you get sick on the weekend before a Monday appt, you can't cancel in time and will have to pay!
I just had one appointment with him but he didn't explain very well so let me understand my depression so far so good and I felt like you gave me good advice
I find Dr. Fealk to be kind, thoughtful and practical. He is professional and direct. He has helped me immensely with my anxiety and depression and has offered his understanding of personal circumstances that continue to contribute to my condition and progress. I would recommend him most highly.
Not the warmest person. Found it really hard to comfortably open up to him.
