My doctor is great but lupe front office receptionist is a total witch she asked for my personal medical information when I refused she lied on her message she left doctor these telephone operators are supposed to do that not ask for all your medical so they can gossip to others which they do I have heard them laughing and talking about other patients.. disgusting
People are scandalous. Told them all I needed was a pcp and thet tried to switch all my doctors to their medical group.
I love my OB/GYN Doctor, but man it is so difficult to get through on the phone. And front office staff isnt very nice or courteous. I do like her MA though.
