Food was cold. Bread not fresh. One person taking orders, delivered food and cleaning tables. Used to be better than this.

The last three times we've gone, the dining room smells like cigarette smoke. They take their breaks in an alcove right next to the door and when they come in all the smoke enters the room as you are eating. This time they were out of a lot of the options on the menu and the drink machine wasn't filled either so they had to use the drive thru machine. The guy at the counter seemed apologetic for the lack of food and was polite in getting us stuff. I have a feeling they won't be open much longer.

This location (Store: 5910) has ruined all Fazoli’s for me in the future and this was a franchise I literally grew up eating!! The last three times nothing has been correct and the last time on 8/28/21 was the worst experience by far. I ordered the super family meal and was given two small cups of sauce for two pounds of pasta. I was sent an offer on your app for the baked spaghetti. Sent my husband who was on his way home from work at 8:00pm. He went inside the building and was told it was going to take 45 minutes!!! 45 minutes to dump some spaghetti into a bowl and put sauce and cheese on it??!! He then went out to the drive thru and sat there for 10min and he said the line never moved. Looks like to me you shouldn't have closed down the other location if your that busy.
