Drove to meet daughter and son in law for lunch since they work near there ate inside terrible food they dropped one of the bread sticks breadsticks said they would bring more out never did had to go to counter to ask food was nasty looking plus employees and management agreeing out by registers will not be back

Ultimate spaghetti is back and that makes me happy! Not sure why corporate took it off of the menu but the people have spoken! Great food great service breadsticks are yummy!
Ordered chicken fettuccini, chicken was hard, like it was old and dry. Brought it home and the dog loved it. Service was okay. Not sure we'll be back.

Only posting because i can't get anyone to answer the phone at the store!! I drank my pop and opened my lid to eat the ice and there was a POP NOZZLE in my cup � hope you clean those every day because i know how nasty they can get and it was marinating in my Diet Pepsi the whole time. It would be nice if someone would at least answer the phone so i could tell them where their missing pop machine part is.

The worst customer service EVER !! I drove across town just so we could eat this place. Ordered over 30 dollars worth of food. Just for the lady who packs up the food to have a real UGLY attitude and argue w/ me. I was missing 3 items that I ordered and she just arguing with me telling me she made the order and know its right. By the end she realize I was right and still had an attitude and didnt get an sorry or anything. Worst customer service EVER!! Terrible experience and wont be back!!
I went today to eat lunch. I ordered then went to fill up my drink there's a big mess everything's wet. I find a table my food ariives. There was an employee eating diagonally from me. She gets done then stretches out lays her head on the table and is sleeping. A few minutes a little man handing out breadsticks ask if she's sleeping and laughs.
