Fazoli's is absolutely the best place to eat in Wichita. Everyone that doesn't eat here is wrong. This is like the Blockbuster of food chains and you won't realize you miss it till it has left.
For the price this place is usually pretty good, I talked my coworkers into trying for they're first time and we were all disappointed, service was okay but the fettuccine noodles were way undone and clumped together. They didn't put as much sauce as they used to... pizza looked and tasted as if it been sitting in a warmer since early A.M, please make improvements I dont want to see another fast food fav of mine go down hill :(
I would recommend Fazoli's only because I know they are better than my experience today. We ordered a kid's meal and asked for Apple Juice. They were out of Apple juice, so they asked did he want milk. He can't drink milk, so they asked us did we want a small drink or water cup. They made us pay for the drink instead of just giving us the small drink due to their lack of supply. For the adults, we ordered spaghetti and made it a meal. We got the pizza. It was the MOST Disgusting place I have ever ate in my life. I have never felt so sick to my stomach after taking 1 bite of my meatball I literally felt like I was tasting shit. I don’t even know why I paid for the food. Everything was disgusting to the bread sticks to the watery sauce. I love Italian food and I was excited to try this place. But I will definitely not be back nor recommend this to even my worst enemy.
