Great place to eat. Need to put a Fazoli's Italian Restaurant at The Pinnacle in Bristol TN
The pizza was about the same quality as Little Caesars and it was not piping hot like pizza that just came out of the oven.

I love the food and bread but I'm always dreading the salad .it's not eatable it's hard the lettuce is terrible.needs changed
Me an my grandchildren ate there Sunday great sevice we had spaghetti salad an lots of bread sticks. The food was great. Large portion s we ate till we were about to bust. The kids loved the spaghetti my little Joshua had it all over his face. They couldn't get enough bread sticks. We were there for a hour finally after we couldn't hold another bite we got boxes an brought what was left home ate bread sticks as a snack last night an rest of spaghetti for our lunch today. Totally amazing we loved it.
We went to the johnson city location tonight to eat. We got to watch a man purchase a homeless mans dinner. Also, the manager Micheal really went above and beyond with his employees an the customers. He was very respectful and jus really stood out to me. Awesome food as well!
