Food was not good, everything was so dirty, disgusting. Employees were nice, but we could not eat because everything was so dirty.
As always (ALWAYS),the people there were awesome,the food was low priced and was prepared and tasted amazing!
Don't go here and support a business that does not care about customers. My daughter had her bag stolen from her sat night The worst part besides all her ids stolen was a necklace with her grandmothers ashes in it. and they refuse to do anything won't look at tapes won't return phone calls and management thinks it's funny. Beyond upset about the dining experience I had tonight (10/16). I haven’t been to Fazoli’s since I was a little kid and I was really looking forward to it, but that excitement was replaced with horrible customer service and atmosphere. I do not recommend the Johnson City location at all. They give you as many breadsticks as you can eat.
Great food. Good prices. Always clean. Staff is excellent.
