I love to eat at Fazoli's and frequently do. There is a worker in the dining room named Quinton and he is a lovely man. Has great customer service. Always laughing and trying to make your day better. Last night I felt very upset at the dynamics going on in the restaurant. As he was talking to my family the manager on duty was watching him. And being rude to him and trying to get him to stop talking to us. Just because someone is a little different doesn't mean you have to treat them poorly. tastes more like homemade spaghetti than anyone. We miss Fazollis in Bristol.
I love Fazoli's food and the staff was awesome!
Great food (breadsticks so yummy!!) at very reasonable prices. Staff very nice, friendly and helpful.
The food is very delicious and the service is very good and the staff works very hard trying to make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied in all aspects!
You guys need to work on your customer service. You don’t ask a customer “why are you staring??” All because they seen the cook picking up food with their hands. Just because the customers didn’t see them wearing gloves. That’s just rude. “SHOW THEM THAT YOU’RE WEARING GLOVES!” Seriously?! How rude! Will be reporting!
