Not Today... Our Lasagna was not hot and was dry...Also forgot Salad.. We usually Love this location but somethg was off Today.. Everyone was offered graded Cheese but not us...

stopped in at fazoli's to eat after a long drive from Nashville well the service sucked the bread sticks was not good then my husband was to get a slice of pizza with his combo and didn't get it so he went and told them and they make him pay for a slice of pizza when it was to come with his meal this was the first time that we have ever had a bad experience with them

Lasagna and breadsticks were good. The salad was ok I guess.The dining area was a mess as usual. Window's were very dirty on my last visit. The condiment shakers look like they haven't been cleaned in awhile.
The managers at this establishment need additional training. They sent home a young boy who simply had an accident and dropped a tray. He handled the situation very professionally yet still got sent home. The two women who caused the situation to get out of hand for no reason should be ashamed. The managers should be ashamed as well. Are they so perfect they have never made a mistake? Corporate needs to come in and train these managers again.
This is the best Fazoli’s I have visited in a long time. Not only is the food hot, but the Managers and employees are great. Really cool people that makes me want to visit again soon. Thanks for the good eats and service!
