My prior MD who conducted my colonoscopy had moved, so Dr. Fazili was recommended by my GP. As I was awake during the procedure, I was able to observe and question Dr. Fazili throughout, and found her personable, knowledgable, thorough and professional. She made it as easy as such a procedure can be.

I was referred to Dr. Fazili by my primary care physician. I had been suffering from G.I. issues for over seven months and my primary care doctor and I had gone through all preliminary treatments without success. Dr. Fazili's PA was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is marvelous. Dr. Fazill has always take the time with to explain in plain English the reason for seeing her. I first saw her when I was in E.R. for an unknown issue and diagnosed me having Barrets. This was about 18 months and referred me to a specialist. I had a subsequent office visit where she explained it all to me. I then had a follow up with her yesterday and again took as much time with as I needed. Her office staff are all very nice and professional. She had my best interest in mind

I had the same experience with Dr Fazili as a woman from Spencerport. Little desire to look into functional aspects of GI symptoms substituting it by medications samples from drug companies. " There is nothing I can do for you" were her last words for me when the medication she prescribed gave me all the possible side effects and no therapeutic effect

Dr Fazili provides little to no patient centered care. From my interactions she would rather push medications than to educate and take the time to discuss other health care modalities that we know effect Crohn's disease: nutrition, exercise/stress release. How can she say here's some information on a medication you need to take, go read up on it and see you in six months. I don't know about you but I want a physician that isn't going to dismiss me so easily during a flare.

Prior to my colonoscopy 12/13/2016, I was concerned after reading a 2014 on-line review. My experience this week was excellent! Dr. Fazili was professional as well as personable, and made time to ask if I had any concerns or questions prior to and after the procedure. The entire staff at GGR were attentive, friendly and professional. I would definitely refer Dr. Fazili and GGR to family and friends. Janey M.
