Everything went smoothly. I was treated well by all the staff.
Dr. Fazili was very understanding and compassionate during my upper endoscopy. I was experiencing severe anxiety and she was very patient and helpful during the process. She showed care and concern for my overall wellbeing.
I had my first endoscopy with Dr. Fazili recently and I was pleased with the prep and the procedure at Highland Hospital.
Dr. Fazili and staff were great. It was my first colonoscopy and I was very anxious. Everyone was very friendly, calming, and reassuring. I feel that I was listened to and all questions and concerns were addressed.

Receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. Staff person that came to get me did not introduce her self. And as I was sitting by that door I heard the other staff introduced themselves and ask patient to use hand sanitizer which I was not asked to do. Was told to go into first area on the left there was no bed. She stated we are short staffed. She did an endoscopy after talking to me about it. After the exam we talked also.
Dr. Fazili is always reassuring and speaks in a calming manner. She explains procedures and let’s me know what to expect. Dr.Fazili increases my comfort level in difficult circumstances.
Been a patient of Dr. Fazili for about 7 years. She has helped me through a number of UC flares and C-Diff infections. Really appreciate her bedside manner. I believe she truely cares about my well-being and she always does her best to help. Have reached out to her a few times about other health conditions and she has always taken the time to respond with a thoughtful answer.
