I had a video conference with Dr Fazili. It was excellent. She gave me all the time I needed and answered my questions. I would use that type of appointment again.
It was my first time getting a colonoscopy. I was anxious and scared, especially since my husband passed away recently from colon cancer at a young age. Dr. Fazili and her nurse took the time to talk to me and explain the process. She and the nurses made the entire experience more comfortable for me. In the past, I witnessed a colon specialist that was not friendly and didn't even look you in the eye when he spoke to you. Poor, I was also dismissed and told there was nothing she could do for me. Thus was after she had told me the week prior that she would brainstorm with her team and throw everything against the wall. This translated to her PA calling me 2 wks later to say they had nothing else to offer me and they think I should go elsewhere for care. I was dumbfounded and severely disappointed. The whole team was amazing. Friendly, helpful and with a sense of humor.
Well organized office, excellent medical staff, colonoscopy was well organized and efficient, Doctor Fazili was pleasantly in charge making the procedure extremely tolerable for this patient
Everything appeared well organized I felt perfectly comfortable with her staff, and she answered all my questions
Had to have an endoscopy Dr Fazili and her team made it so easy and comfortable.
Dr Fazili has a way to put you at ease prior to the procedure. She will talk and listen to anything you have concerns about before and after . Never trying to rush and move on.
Dr Fazili and her team of nurses really put me at ease. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. Would highly recommend!
