Went very smooth and fast! I was in and out in under 2 hours! Much nicer than the old way.
Everyone was friendly and polite. The process from admission to discharge was efficient and well run. The physician took time to explain procedure and results.
My experience with the Dr., & her receptionist Tina were good. As for the other receptionist,Rebecca (she is abrupt, rude, (tries to over talk you), condescending & belittles a person on the phone. That was my experience. I'm soo glad I don't have to deal with her again. I'm not the only one who feels that way. I know someone (very close) who had same experience.
Great doctor and even better aides
Dr. Fazili is very personable, inviting, and genuinely interested in the health of her patients. She explains procedure test results in a detailed and understandable manner. I heartily recommend her.
Dr Fazili is a good listener as well as a good explainer! She always has time to answer questions and provide helpful clinical advice. She is also extremely kind and gentle, providing exceptional patient care.
