I've been going to Dr. Lanfei Hu since I moved to central Florida- 17 years! Always up to date with the latest technology, and she and her staff treat me like family. Dr. Fay always makes the annual " Best Dentist in Orlando list " with good reason. She and her staff make me look forward to my next appointment.
Dr. Fay and her staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. I have always received timely and caring service when I go for my 6mo cleanings. Dr. Fay and her staff are top notch!
Always a great customer experience at Dr. Fay Hu's. They really don't need a waiting room as your appointment time is your appointment time and it is not even necessary to sign in as Rosemary knows you by name and what you are there for. I always have the same hygienist and Lisa knows my history and is extremely professional, gentle and efficient. You all are family we've been coming there so long. Dr Hu is the very best Dentist. If I ever moved out of town, she would have to come too!
This team is the best I've encountered. My spouse is really not a fan of dentists and has told me "I'll drive from anywhere to stay with Dr. Hu!" I was referred by a co-worker and will refer to anyone who mentions looking for a dentist. Highly recommended!
