I’ve only ever had a routine cleaning done, but the staff has always been friendly and pleasant. Never had a bad experience.
The visit to Dr. Hu's office is always a pleasant experience. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, and accommodating...and where you will receive the best of dental attention.
Dr. Hu and staff were able to give me a smile that no other dentist could do for the past twenty years. She educates the patient about what needs to be done, and she is an Artist. She also works with your budget. I could never smile for the camera in my life until several months ago when she created a dental bridge for my upper teeth. Now I can return to being a professional Clark Gable impersonator, only now I can smile for the cameras. I will never go to another Dentist...... never, ever, ever.
Dr. Hu and her capable staff provide state-of-the-art dental care. We are new patients as of March, 2017, and have been totally satisfied with our evaluations and follow-on care. Staff is equally capable to handle all aspects from insurance and appointments to all care aspects.
I used to hate and put off going to the dentist but now since going here I no longer put off going to the dentist.
My wife and I are greatly impressed with the high quality of service extended by each member of the team. We feel privileged to be so well treated.

Dr Fay Hu and her staff are very professional and kind and do wonderful dentistry. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave you feel that they know you personally and are taking great care of you.
My wife and I have greatly enjoyed the fine service that we have received at Dr. Fay Hu's office by Dr. Hu and her staff. We particularly appreciated the help Dr. Hu provided when we were on a vacation to the west coast of Florida when my wife had considerable pain from a tooth, and we were able to phone and get a prescription order sent to a local pharmacy. It saved our vacation.
