Can't find a perfect word to describe this office from the front desk to the back. Anyway, you will not sit in the chair waiting for 1 hour like many Dr offices do, the schedule is well managed. Rosemary delivers all info precisely, she covers everything, billing and scheduling. Dr Fay's hands are really smart, each move is precise no more or less. YESTERDAY 07/26/2017 I ARRIVED AT MY PROPHY (CLEANING APPOINTMENT) 15 MINUTES EARLY TO COMPLETE NEW PATIENT FORMS. AFTER I FINISHED THE FORMS I WAS CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING!!! I HAVE WORKED IN THE DENTAL FIELD FOR MANY YEARS, (I AM NOW IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY) I LIVE IN OCALA AND DROVE TO WINTER PARK FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. Dr. Fay Hu and her staff are extremely professional and friendly. Being a patient in that office for over 20 years, I drive from a different county just to go to her office. I enjoy seeing the staff each time and feel like I am a part of their family. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Hu and her staff are extremely professional and caring about my dental health and financial well being!! I say that because the medical team does fantastic work but when I check out at the front desk, Rosemary and Julie have pointed out things about how the insurance worked that enabled me to not be overcharged that I did not see. Five stars to the entire staff and thanks!!
