Dr. Fay Hu and her staff are extremely professional and friendly. Being a patient in that office for over 20 years, I drive from a different county just to go to her office. I enjoy seeing the staff each time and feel like I am a part of their family. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Hu and her staff are extremely professional and caring about my dental health and financial well being!! I say that because the medical team does fantastic work but when I check out at the front desk, Rosemary and Julie have pointed out things about how the insurance worked that enabled me to not be overcharged that I did not see. Five stars to the entire staff and thanks!!
From the moment you walk into Dr. Fay's office you are welcomed with a smile. The office staff goes over and beyond to make sure you are knowledgeable and comfortable about your course of treatment. Dr. Fay is personable and thorough. While most people don't consider a dental visit pleasant, Dr. Fay and her entire office staff make sure your experience is positive.
