I was recently admitted through the ER department. once I got to the room I was never offered water or any form of fluids. I was there for a GI consult 24 hours later still never saw a GI doctor. Asked nurse for tylenol she told me she would have to call Dr. for it. 5 hours later never did get tylenol for a headache. The nurses seemed very overwhelmed. Not a good experience. Will never return to this Hospital.

Sad to say that every time I am on holidays here I end up in the ER BUT the upside is that all people who have treated and looked after me today are extremely friendly, caring and helpful. I felt well looked after and my problems taken seriously. The staff is amazing and I can only recommend to go there in any case of emergency or illness. Thanks to all who have seen me today for your rapid care and for all your help! Keep you friendliness and consideration up, you are making the difference !
Absolutely amazing staff, thank you so much for the great care of our 92 year young loved one! Every last person was overwhelmingly kind and loving towards her during her stay! Thank you!!

Great place, very professional and friendly nurses and staff
I want to thank all the ICU mutes and Dr's in Fawcett for all they have done for my son. He has been in there since last Monday and we never had one bad mood nurse or Dr and they attended to him with all their heart and you can feel and see it when they came in and cried when they took him of ventilater and he was responsive. The plasma exchange nurses were awesome also I would also like to say a big THANK YOU TO ALL ..
