The dealership representative contacted me right away. However, as I had made a few inquiries with other dealerships, I went with the best price which was not Faulkner. I would still recommend Faulkner to friends as they were very quick in response to my inquiries as well as followed up regarding my interests.
I didn't like this car but they helped me find another, Art was very helpful

They emailed me and informed me the car was sold and I really appreciated that.
Ravi my sales rep was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable. I went for a new car at another dealer instead of the certified pre-owned. major reason was travel time between the two dealer. I would recommend Rave in the future.
