Contacted them on a Thursday morning and the dealership asked me how I wanted to communicate (phone, text or email). I chose text and sent details of the cars I wanted to look at and when I would be available. I also told them it would take me at least 45 minutes to get to them. There was no response until 5 minutes before they closed, when I received a voicemail. Was already approved by Westlake company still refused me a car. I was willing to put $3,000.00 down for a old BMW if they where willing to work with me and cover shipping g they refused!
