Sales agent, finance manager were professional. Sales manager was rude and unprofessional when I presented him with a torn charging cable and he said it was a used car, so take it or we can reverse the sale. Only completed the sale by escalating the issue to the GM whom had a replacement charging cable delivered to my home.
Devery and Mike were great to work with. They should be commended.
Kenny Mitchell kept in contact with me via text with information on the car i was interested in. Unfortunately the car was sold on his day off so we were unable to make the purchase. He was very good with keeping me up to date with what was going on with the vehicle.
decent prices but wouldnt budge on anything. i think they could do a little more for the customers than they did as they make alot of money for what they sell but should also do something for the people that buy the cars to keep them in business. but they were ok to deal with

I was contacted by the dealer,scheduled a test drive and bought the car. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating.I had a fabulous experience.
The staff was courteous and helpful But the fact that I got an email saying I was approved for a financing then to end up getting denied was very disheartening. I just wish they would have had their ducks in a row before telling me that I was approved
