Wanted to buy a cx -5. Knew it could sell before I could get up there, but they were supposed to keep me updated. Drove over an hour away and then they say they sold it... so I looked at other things because I drove all the way there, but nothing I wanted

Overall good experience. The vehicle I wanted was there parked in the front of the dealership washed and ready for a test drive. My salesman David was well experienced and a pleasure to work with. Everyone else was also very pleasant. We all came to an understanding of what I wanted my monthly payments to be and it was achieved. Also, their facility is A1 with a lot of great perks, including some free oil changes and free car washes for as long as I own my vehicle. See David to get a deal done. Went in initially to see a used Honda CR-V on their lot. The salesman Art was very knowledgeable about the details and history on the car and patient with all my questions. After the test drive however I was not into the vehicle anymore.i asked if there was anything similar to price and with all the features I was looking for.
