The service was great - it didn't take long to get the work done. They did a fabulous job and repaired a recalll I didn't even know I had.
Took my Santa Fe for inspection and oil change. great customer service. car was done quickly. shuttle back to dealership wasn't ready so they sent a Lyft for me. they kept me posted via phone and text on the progress of my car as well.
the dealership is ok but the service center is terrible never take your car there to get fixed

I bought my car from Faulkner Hyundai in NE Philadelphia about 2 and half years ago. My Grandmother just went and bought a car from there a month ago and told them I referred her to them. The sales rep that helped her, Shane, said that they would send me a check for referring her. I have yet to see it. My grandparents have been calling about it. Great experience. Very quick and direct. Rob and Howard took good care of us.
They should install a self check in kiosk station at their service center so you won’t have to deal with those dumbasses who thinks they know everything when they demonstratively don’t. Then when you correct them because they’re checking your car in they get unprofessional and have an attitude. Not good.
