This is an amazing community with wonderful people staffed. Always super helpful and polite with any wild request I might ask about. Living spaces are well designed. Would recommend highly to anyone looking to move in the area!!
Don't expect the sorority girls and frat Bros to clean their garbage out of the parking lot... And the staff won't really do anything to fix it either. If you look at the majority of their 5 star reviews you'll notice they're from members of the sorority that gets a discount on their rent to live there.

The grounds are beautiful and the maintenance staff does a great job keeping everything looking nice
