Main Manager is not professional or kind... Would not recommend staying here, due to poor management skills.
RecommendedFaulkner Flats is a great place to live and I absolutely love it!! The apartments are very nice and spacious and if you ever have any issues the maintenance people are there within 24 hours fixing it. The office staff are always awesome!

My daughter has had the best experience living here. The apartment itself is so wonderful and the amenities are fabulous. Best of all is the fantastic staff! They go above and beyond! The best place to live in Oxford! The apartments are modern, comfortable and (where my apartment was) private. Love the layout and the bonus of having a garage! Amenities are great with a big pool, spa, gym, tanning beds, dog park, walking trails, grill areas and on site car wash. The staff are the best part of living here. These are the cutest apartments! The amenities include a car wash, pool, gym, tanning beds, and more. The property manager and staff care about their residents and they are extremely friendly!
Faulkner Flats is really upscale in relation to competing properties I looked at in the Oxford area. The clubhouse is elegant and the management is top tier!
The BEST apartments in Oxford, MS! The management is incredible and truly cares about their tenants. They host a ton of cute events to keep the sense of community at Faulkner Flats and the amenities are soo convenient. 10/10 recommend :)
Beautiful apartments and so many friendly people around. They are constantly having events for their tenants and the staff works overtime to make sure things are great for everyone. You feel so “at home” there. I have met so many kind people that make being there such fun.
