Quoted me a rate then changed on my way there, know customer service what so ever. Received an email from manager, I responded with no response from him. I called and left voicemail and no return call.
Very good service, they provided a loaner car. I’m very pleased with them and have no problems
Very friendly and helpful staff! Our sales representative Landon did everything in his power to get us our must haves in a vehicle. We came in there unsure of what we wanted but he presented us with options that we didn’t even know we could achieve. Shoutout to him. Also shoutout to Kyle in finance! He negotiated the best deal for us with the banks and gave us the best deals possible so we could walk out of there with a vehicle we loved! Thank you guys so much!

I enjoy taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Faulkner for service. They are always very polite and efficient . They keep the customer informed of the progress of your vehicle while the work is being performed.

Exceptional customer service and salespeople. Their responsiveness is outstanding. I walked in and within two hours, discussed my needs, took a test drive, and bought a new used car. I would recommend the dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car.
Apparently my time is not valuable. My scheduled appointment time to wait for my vehicle was 8 am, my vehicle didn't even go into the shop until 9. I was told the wait would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours when I scheduled it. When I got there this morning I was told 1 and a half to 2 hours, and I waited over 3 hours. I'm not impressed.
