Unfortunately the maintenance side of the dealership is so slow that they lose out on business. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and 45 minutes I was told it should be done in a few minutes then just needed a wash and vacuum. I told them not to bother with the wash. This was not the first time this had happened for a scheduled appointment. Also, each time I get the vehicle back the maintenance paper floor mat is left in the vehicle. Absolutely the best dealer to buy a new car from period. This was our second purchase of a new Jeep at Faulkner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat and the attention to details from the point of scheduling the test drive with Steph to the point of having a detailed review of all our new Jeep Gladiator Mojave features we had purchased, everything was flawless. We just simply would not purchase a car from any place else and highly recommend this dealership.

Check engine light came on, no reasons before for it at all. Now its on after getting "Fixed."
My sun roof was left vented overnight, a new service oil sticker was not replaced and the error code that was supposed to be fixed came on again the next day. When I called to have them look at it again, I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it when they assured me when I picked it up that the error code was fixed.
Service was quick and professional. Car completed when promised. Service advisor Jeff explained services performed and recommended.
Very Helpful with everything. Worked with us to get a payment we were comfortable with. Steph Fry was great along with the financial guys.
