Terrible. I had a waiting appointment @ 9:30 and was told that I had to leave it because they were down to technicians. I had to wait about an hour until they got it in the shop. My truck is under warranty and they refused to replace the tail light under warranty because they said it was in a rear collision. I had my truck at Faulkner collision two weeks before this appointment. They inform me that the tail light was not damaged and it needs to be replaced under warranty, furthermore, the rear bumper damage happened months a... read more
Davon styles was very professional and helpful in service dept. always kept a smile and answered my questions. He deserves a 5. Gave a 4 bc a simple “express” service took longer than an hour and I was the first one in the morning.

Everyone was nice. I was in and out in no time. No problems at all.
The service department at Southfork is awesome. They do a great job on our Jeep from oil changes to anything else that is required in a friendly and fast service. Excellent communication and I highly recommend.
