It was not an extensive or complex servicing of my vehicle this visit -- 'just' in for the Pennsylvania safety and emissions inspections, as well as a check of the steering column boot rubbing. Nevertheless, these inspections and checks are very important to have done by competent professionals, and that is why I have come to trust the team at Faulkner Cadillac. I continue to drive my vehicle with the priceless confidence that comes from being a repeat and valued Faulkner Cadillac customer.

Everyone is nice & polite. Purchased a 2014 certifed ATS less than 30 days ago. Car has a rough idle & had to return for service. Needs replacement parts. Had to be ordered! Also was given a bad car wash. White spots all over my paint job & the windows. Chaplain Deborah Momy
