On your used car line up, Insure all used cars for sale do not have any Mechanical issues prior advertisement of the sale of the car. I for one will never buy a used car from this dealership again. I have never bought a used car that had so many major mechanical issues from anyone until this dealership sold us my Sons car.
What a fantastic dealership. We purchased a 2019 Escalade and the process was seamless. Vee took care of everything we wanted and her knowledge of the vehicle is second to none. We couldn’t have been happier with everyone at the dealership from finding us our perfect vehicle to the out the door price was easy and very professional. We will definitely be back!!!!

Service and quality vehicles. bought a 2015 ATS, in Dec 2014, vehicle totaled in accident. Bought a 2016 ATS, Dec 2016, great vehicle.
I had a few issues in the beginning as far as some mechanical and misc. Problems with my 2014 SRX... however, with every hiccup... I was greeted with a solution and kindness and a very swift resolution to every issue. I was given respect and treated the same as if I had purchased a brand new expensive car instead of a used 2014. I would like to tell people to really think twice before getting a car here or any other Faulkner dealership. I have had my car for barely even three full days and the check engine light came on. The best they could offer was to pay half. That is unacceptable when I have just purchased a certified used vehicle. This is also after they stated they checked it thoroughly as per their policy at the dealership. Ron was not helpful at all.
