They repaired my CTS when most mechanics couldn’t figure out what was going on! I’ve come to find most mechanics see a woman and automatically rip them off, not these guys! They believe in customer service and honesty, I highly recommend them!!!!

Love the dealership very friendly people
I bought a 2017 XT5 from this dealer and have had nothing but troubles with many things! Every time it goes in their garage the service department say their head mechanic either looked at it or fix something and it still has same issues. I suggest to anyone who wants to invest and enjoy their vehicle not to buy here, it is a horrible feeling and a large monthly payment every month for a vehicle that that the company (Fulkner) doesn’t want to stand behind. Friendly and professional sales and service!
My new car purchase was first class experience in every way. I was treated with the up most respect by all parties. Had a great sales person and even got a call from the general manager thanking me for just stopping in to talk to them . Never got that in 50 years of buying new cars.
Their service department is completely incompetent. Every time I go there I have some sort of issue. They are the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I will never buy another vehicle from Faulkner again. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know how completely dissatisfied I am.
