Can't even go relax at the pool on a Sunday afternoon because of a group of disrespectful assholes that can't keep it together. Last Night Saturday June 18th cops were called and it ruined it for the families who live here and enjoy the pool with their kids on the weekends smh!! A few months ago, I would have said this is one of the best facilities I have dealt with. But then I bought a house and cancelled my lease. I was sent a final bill in the mail and paid it within a week. They called me after receiving payment and told me they sent my account to collections. I would not recommend renting with them. Screwing with people's credit is not my idea of a good company to deal with. Not to mention, when I called, the staff could care less. Told me it was a revised bill because it was less. To bad there is no parking after 5. Glad I called the leasing agent for Faudree today to extend my stay to the end of May. But only to find out that the staff there has leased out my apartment to someone else, they told me that I need to be out me in ASAP. So paying and extra 500.00 for month to month lease is a scam. I guess me and my family will be leaving in a hotel for the month of May! I do not recommend any family to lease at this place. We moved in late January '15, moved from out of state without actually being able to come take a look. We were not disappointed! The staff was very helpful answered any and every question I could have possibly had! We moved into an apartment that no one had lived in before. Everything was brand new very clean. Staff was very helpful showing us into the apt! Tons of storage space!! Closets are huge! The apartment is very nice the dog park is awesome and we use it everyday.
