Do not rent here if you want your security deposit back. The management (RAM Partners) refuses to return $175 which they illegitimately billed for unnecessary cleaning services. I am putting this review here to warn would-be future tenants. I spoke with other people who this happened to. You can basically just add a few hundred dollars to the rent because you are not getting your full security deposit back. Be ware.

Legit what a rollercoaster and where to start, 1)Faudree Ranch currently has a snake issue they are avoiding talking about, the grounds leave plenty of 5 star holes for them to nest and breed in. Someone has been bit, it wasn’t just an encounter. 2) most the amenities your seeing on their page do NOT work including Fire pit Outdoor grills Jacuzzi Dog park water fountain 3) faudree ranch is known for their hidden fees, 600$ to have a dog but they tell you 300$ when signing papers 4) they advertise this $75-$500 fine for leavi... read more

To keep long story short and get to the point: Fraud management and fraud establishment. Especially Lisa(the manager) is basically one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in the hospitality industry. We applied for an apartment here as my cousin was moving to the US but due to the covid-19 pandemic we couldn’t help him move here in time. RecommendedBeen here going on a year and love it ! Complexes are really nice and clean scenery is nice pool and gym are really nice! Office personal are very helpful i highly recommend this place

Do not recommend. They will skewer you with bs fees when you move out. Even if you lived there for a while. I had to pay 500 + after I moved out. Quick way to make a buck.
My husband and I have lived here for 18 months and we are very happy, Nice staff, we have no complaints since moving here. It is a quiet and safe place, the apartments are very comfortable. If you are looking for an excellent place to live with comparable prices, Faudree Ranch is a good choice. I love the fitness room and the pool. My suggestion is a heated pool.
Courtney is the best when it comes to help with the mail she even ran my stuff to my apt when I couldn’t get there
We love our beautiful apartment, and the neighbors are great!
