The apartment complex is nice, has good upkeep, and is quiet. The prices are comparable to others in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful and they host get togethers throughout the year. They have furnished overnight apartment rentals that are much better than the hotels in the area, very convenient when family visits. The pool is amazing as well as the other facilities. I have no complaints since moving here. If you are looking for an apartment in the area, this is the place to be.
love my apartment the amenities are great only down fall is there isnt a playground for the kids .
I have been living here for 3 years, my air does not work well and I have many spiders, they no longer pay attention to the apartments, I put a report, they send maintenance and they don't solve the air 👎🏻

Faudree Ranch Apartments hands down WORST apartment complex I have ever lived at. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have heard that car alarm going off since 10 o’clock this morning.. it’s almost 5 pm. In addition to that I couldn’t get to my car because of the parking lot being so flooded. This happens every time it rains. If I’m not home at a certain time I can guarantee that I won’t have anywhere to park. There is trash everywhere.
