never received my order took my payment and cant contact anyone for credit
Purchased $100 worth of repair parts for a broken shower and waited over a month for them to be shipped despite the website listing them as "In Stock. Numerous phone calls and emails were issued to resolve but never heard a word back from the company. Luckily I paid for my order using PayPal so I was able to file a dispute resulting in a full refund. Beware of this company. My order sent me a shipment tracking order the next day after ordering which never updated out of the "Pre-Shipment" status.
