I ordered a faucet from ****************** back in April and paid about $80.00. It is now June 22, 2021, and they have not shipped the item. They will not respond to emails, and it is clear from all the other complaints that they are crooks. I will be filing a complaint with the ******** Attorney General and the *** since this is clearly interstate fraud.

False statements on their website. Placed order 19 days prior and can't get in touch with them in any way (email nor phone). I'm starting to wonder if they're even a real company. They might be ********************* other than plumbing. I would stay away from this company/site."

My experience similar to recent reviews. No email or phone communication other than the original emailed order confirmation to my web order. No response to two emails and two phone messages. No shipment of supposedly in stock parts in a week's time. At least they didn't charge my credit card...yet. This is truly a no star review for a no star business."

Avoid! This is NOT a serious business. I ordered some replacement parts that they never delivered. I eventually canceled the order according to their instructions on the website, but no response and they didn't pay me back. I sent multiple emails, used their contact form on the website, and called, but no response. As a last resort, I contacted ****** to file a claim. ******'s initial step is to act as a meddler so that the issue can be solved between buyer and seller. This company is one of the worst that I have the misfortune to deal with. 1. They havent answer their 800 phone nbr for the last week. 2. They never return voice messages. 3. They refuse to respond to my return for exchange request via their web site. 4. They are supposedly a plumbing supply distributor for major manufacturers, but after speaking to a ************ rep at ****** Manufacturer, this company should be terminated as a distributor.....I believe there are companies in 3rd world nations that are more efficient than ... read more

I ordered a part that says in stock on ****************** credit card was charged the following day today is April 20 I still have not received the part and Im unable to get in touch with the vendor. Their website has been down their phone is answered by in answering machines which gives instructions on how to cancel an order I have followed the instructions and have had no reply I have also emailed them several times with no reply.

I found myself in need of replacement plumbing parts for a house built in 1955. Faucet Shark appeared to be the only place online that offered them. I was in desperate need so I placed an order. After doing so, I found several alarming negative reviews. No communication, delayed or no shipping. My order supposedly has been waiting for *****to pick it up two weeks now. I have a hard time believing in a city the size if Chicago they do not have any *****trucks capable of picking up a delivery.

This business is a scam. Ordered a Pf sink part on March 2. Tried to contact them and their entire website is down. No way to get my money back except for PayPal. Do not do business with them!!!!!!!

No customer service, miss advertisement, (fraud?), etc. Unbelievable! Ordered a part more than a week ago...has not received it (Website stated "item ships within 48 hours.) I called and left messages on their listed phone, no replies. Same for E-mails. Will give them a couple more days before taking legal action against the owner and business. (p.s. I tried to leave a "review" without any stars but did not load.)
