After waiting for an hour we finally left. I am furious!!!
I Wouldn't EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR. SAT FOR 1HR FOR COLD FOOD THAT WAS NOT EVEN OUR CORRECT ORDER. WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER- SAT ANOTHER 15MINS AND NOBODY COULD FIND HER. EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD BEEN STANDING TALKING TO THE HOSTESS A MINUTE BEFORE. SO I WALKED OUT. AND STOOD OUTSIDE FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS ON HOLD CALLING FROM MY PHONE TO TALK TO HER. NEEDLESS TO SAY WORST EXPERIENCE ON A SLOW NIGHT AT THAT AND WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN. THANK FOR FOR MAKING MY SPECIAL NIGHT A DISASTER.
Service was wonderful , manager sent over complimentary chicken for our table $14.99 all you can eat ribs that fell off the bone & had the best taste..my wife & kids loved it as well..we will definitely be going back ..i believe it might be our new favorite place to eat...
The staff was SO friendly! The food was amazingly delicious and amazingly priced. It was the best Thanksgiving dinner I've had away from home!
Keep up the great service and food. It's a whole new crew, if you haven't been there lately, you're missing out on some great service and food. If something is not right, say something.
