The employees were so quick on getting your stuff and as soon as he heard you say I may need some more drink he came and said I'll be right out with it.
I called twice with out anyone answering the phone. The third time I called someone finally answered. I told them I wanted to place a Togo order, they asked me to hold. I waited 15minutes before hanging up! I will not be going to this place ever again!
We had an excellent server named Tyler who was awesome!!!. We have never ever been to a Fatz being from Ontario Canada .. He brought us a sample of their chicken and explained the sauces they have for ribs very good.. He was attentive on bringing bread all time and drinks.. He kept checking on us and had a smile on the whole time .. We enjoyed the food very much
The food was awesome and the waitress very friendly and so nice my only issue is I feel really bad for the poor waitress/Bartender she was the only one on the bar side with no help! Our waitress took care of us as fast as she could and our order was correct, but you need more help!!!
Got seated quickly - Very few people there. Gave us plates and napkins before we ordered (?) Got silverware after appetizers arrived. (took 15 minutes) Appetizers were luke warm at best. Then another 1/2 hour to bring out our food. Vegetables and potatoes were cold, as if just out of the fridge. Medium steak was cooked to a piece of shoe leather, and cold as well. Manager came out - Looked like he had been on a play ground, in the sand box. Last time I'll ever go there.
Worst service I ever experienced in my life... Waited an hour and a half for our food which was cold.The medium rare steak was bloody..Not busy at all. The manager tried to fix it and that was much appreciated. The last few times we've been there the service has been bad but tonight done it for me.. ���
The ribs were really tough and the french fries were good the chicken fingers were good the that was tasteless the coleslaw
