Great service great food
RecommendedLast night, we ate at Fatz Conway. A 15 minute wait as they were short staffed in a near empty restaurant. Right off, they didn’t have 8 or 10 oz steak! We ordered the 12 oz ribeye, mine medium my husband med-well, both arrived raw in the middle and unable to cut with a knife, sent back returned the same 2 steaks over cooked and still unable to cut with a knife. The steak was raw for medium, the baked potato was undercooked, the chicken was burnt, the grits were a cross between mashed potatoes and grits. The kitchen was slow and while most of my family got their meals, I waited for an extra 10 minutes. The service was slow, but the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The whole time we were talking about how horrid this experience was, the manager was standing right next to us, ignoring us, rolling silverware, not helping us at all. A waste of 60 bucks.

Food was excellent and service was great
This was our first time there. We were seated immediately, and our server, Patsy was there with our rolls, and taking our drink order. First I ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer. The were fantastic!! And enough for 3-4 people. We both ordered the ribs, and they ARE fall off the bone!! The ribs came with a large portion of fries and a side of slaw.. all delicious.. Tried to call in order, whoever answered the phone had no idea about specials or the menu and had a nasty attitude the whole time. She hung up on me, I called back, when she answered again I had to asked several times to speak with a manager. Will not be going back.
The ribs were great, the steak was great and a giant sweet potatoe! Good calabash chicken, very nice salad! Green tomatoes not so good! The help were wonderful and friendly!
