Aetna misled me and made an appointment on my behalf with oak street They told me that this place is different than my regular primary doctor. They are 65+ and address head to toe specialists in one place. I had to travel to get to them whereas my primary physician is 5 blocks of my home. Totally wasted my time. On top I had to cancel my primary physician appointment. Very upset.
Great medical/health center! Fantastic customer service. Appointments are rationally scheduled so very little time is spent in waiting for someone to show up. That’s important when your health is compromised. My doctor and nurses are excellent, extremely caring and efficient. Very encouraging.
