Sue, in service is always willing to help me no matter how little lead time I give her. I have done business with Father's and Son's since Damon was a salesman and I have always had a positive experience.
Sue, in the service department, has gone above and beyond for me. She is honest and forth right with all information. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to help.
3 hours to get a scheduled oil change and tire rotation... Kinda ridiculous. Than tell's me its going to be right out after a wash.. An hour later.
