I have been a VW/Audi owner for over a decade. I had a TDI turn in which in itself was a very unfavorable experience- I turned the car in yesterday and asked for the shuttle to bring me home and the response was no ma'am I'm sorry the shuttle is only for customers. So when I get my buyback money I will not be a customer- how's that for service.
