Great service and great staff
I live in NY, my daughter is a VW lover and owns a Jetta SEL I just purchased a GLI Autobahn and ALL our business will be done with this company. NY dealers should take a few lessons on customer service from this company. I highly recommend doing business with them, the drive from NY is worth it.

Ethan, Angela and Mike went over and above to get my wife and I into a new VW Atlas. This is my fourth VW from Fathers & Sons and plan on going back for another in 39 months.
I bought my VW Jetta SEL Premium in June of this year from Father and Sons VW in West Springfield and it was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They really stepped up to the plate finding me the perfect car even if it meant a factory order and not a car sale for a few weeks until it arrived. As a consumer I have almost unrealistic expectations about any buying experience and without a doubt they hit the mark. I’m so in love with this car.
After shopping at other dealers I will not go anywhere but Fathers & Sons from now on!! After having horrible experiences elsewhere, I was ready to give up, but Ethan and Chandler were so wonderful and turned car shopping into an easy task. So happy that I met them and couldn't be any happier with my new Jetta!! Thank you so much!!
Service Department seems unprofessional . No explanation of my Bill and a wasted day waiting 5 HOURS for a Basic Oil Change. Would really like to speak with the General Mgr.
Normally the process of buying a car doesn't take over 8 months, but Chandler was there every step of the way. I had purchased a car from Fathers & Sons before, and will highly recommend again.
