Answered very quickly, however not helpful with negotiations. Had to call car manufacturer myself to find out recall history. Friendly but not helpful.
Dealer was fast and efficient. He put me in the truck I wanted and also went above and beyond to help me. I believe his name is Mike. I had an issue with the truck and they fixed it the very next day.
Very quick to answer my text, was comfortable texting and getting the answer I needed.
They representative told me that the car was there and I could have picked it up in the upcoming week.
