The staff was attentive to making the sale, unfortunately someone else bought it before I had the chance to see it in person. It seems that they don't have communication amongst the staff because the next day someone else called me and asked if I was going to buy it, as if they did not know it had already been sold.

Told me the car was available. Went down there and the car was gone. It was their way of getting me down there to sell me another vehicle in which I didn't.

Responded in timely manner. I was not able to get to the dealership due to my job. I thought I would be in the area, but was not, however, I advised the dealership that I would be in touch and they were understanding. They emailed to make sure I had all the information to make an informed decision whenever I was ready.
