If you're looking for some real good succulent falling off the bones ribs and chicken with even better sides. That mac n cheese tho.
The best ribs and chicken in the ATL! Customer Service is great and I have never been disappointed. Best sweet tea as well. Potato salad is delicious and collards are good but need a little seasoning. We love Fat Matt's Rib Shack💖👍🏼👏🏼❗
Ridiculously quick lunch service. Pulled Pork sandwich was outstanding!
The best barbecue in the South! Always great and always consistent every time!
It’s a cool spot to try in buckhead, it’s nothing like eating BBQ at a cookouts at someone’s house tho but it’s different and the vibes are there. The people are nice, it’s about $15 for a person $30 for 2 people
A bit disappointed this evening with my half rack of ribs. Way too much cartilage and hardly any meat. For $15 one would expect a better meal, and it isn't even a meal. For a meal you'd have to pay $2 each or more for sides and drink, which would be around $24. Very overpriced for what ya get in my opinion.
Was greeted by Charlotte when I walked in with my family. She was the most welcoming, friendly person I’ve ever met. She walked us thru the menu and let us taste some of the sides before we ordered. Mac n cheese, Brunswick stew and rum beans were off the charts!! Ribs were some of the best I’ve ever had. You have got to try this place.
Came here and spent well over 150 dollars on meat and sides and I can say it was worth it. I'm from St Louis and this bbq was really good. My ribs fell off the bone, bbq sauce was delicious, and sides where great and loved the mac and cheese. I know when we visit back I'm going to make sure I get that chicken and rib combo sandwich because didn't have a chance to eat and stayed out the fridge for two nights
I had heard so much about the ribs here my wife and I decided to try it. We were both disappointed. The Cole slaw was VERY dry. I tasted just plain cabbage. The beans tasted like ketchup. I don’t see the fuss over this place. I guess because it’s so old. I had better ribs several places through out the city. The ribs had a lot of fat in them like they hadn’t been cooked/cleaned properly.
